A new weekly pasta night has landed at SEFA, with $20 cheese wheel pasta served every Wednesday evening in Bondi.
Expect fresh pasta from Spaghetteria, tossed tableside through a wheel of warm Parmigiano Reggiano until rich, glossy and coated in melted cheese. Alongside it, there are Mediterranean cocktails, wine and shared plates designed for long dinners by the beach.
The pasta is finished inside the cheese wheel to order, bringing together some of Sydney’s best fresh pasta with SEFA’s relaxed Mediterranean dining style.
Because Wednesdays are better with pasta, cheese, wine and a little dolce vita.
